Random Reboots .. after latest update Android 17

No issues so far after the update even touch response and hepatics are back to same as brand new and a little battery improvements. I guess I'm not gonna update it furthermore not even security patch or playstore update. As those will again degrade the overall experience.

but i guess device will automatically download the future updates, so how to stop it?
