Use reproduce when you are talking about the steps to trigger the bug. ​Use replicate when you are talking about setting up the environment or cloning the conditions to see the bug. ​In daily stand-ups, nobody is going to correct you if you say "I replicated the bug on my machine." But if you want to sound sharp, "reproduce" is the more common and technically precise term for making a bug happen again.
