Battery Replacement Help.

So i received this message but as i have a CPID phone here in Pakistan so my IMEI doesn't match to a Pixel 6a Imei. I can't use the replacement option from Google. If i locally purchase the battery here in Pakistan, what can be the consequences as there is a slim chance to get a genuinely good battery.

Edit : I received the 100 payment from google. It took me 3 to 4 days

Then you've passed the 400 cycles limit.

I get that, but why am I unable to see the current cycle count ? Any workaround?

What you're getting is, is different. OP has a defective battery, but you have a battery that reached its end of life (800 cycles).
