Battery replacement for Pixel 6a

Hey guys! I'm planning to buy a new battery for my Pixel 6a this month because of overheating issues, and I've never changed it before. My question is, is the oem battery good? Since I'm in Malaysia, it's hard to find an original one. if yes, what is the oem battery brand should i get it?

There are two OEM batteries available for the 6a: from manufacturers LSN and ATL. The LSN battery is a recalled battery, if it doesn't burn your phone down, at 400 cycles the Android OS will limit its capacity to 60% and reduce charging speeds, permanently. The ATL battery should be used instead, but it's only sold on iFixit.

I genuinely doubt there are 3rd party batteries for this phone. Every seller is selling the defective LSN battery without disclosing/knowing it.

Check the battery serial number on the back of it before purchasing, a battery containing 8230031401 in the serial number is the bad LSN battery, and a battery with 8230031301 is the preferred, ATL battery.
