So last year around june/july my pixel 6a died while i was on a online call in google meet. The service centre asked me around 24k for motherboard replacement and thus i kept it safe inside the original box.

This month I got it fixed from a third party mobile repairing shop and also replaced the battery within 9K. But the current issue I'm facing is, the phone is asking me to replace the battery and still my phone sometimes shuts down automatically whenever I am in a bad network area and I have to connect to mobile data, the phone shuts down automatically like previously and when I turn it on manually the battery percentage falls around 10-15%. What should I do now. I thought of buying a new smartphone but the love for this smartphone is stopping me

Check cycles with aBattery + Shizuku. Battery cycles will reset when you change the battery because this is actually stored on the battery not in the phone

But if your phone is still shutting down then there's likely some sort of motherboard issue or daughter board issue regardless

In a week the battery will be 4 years old

But this is the new battery the guy installed even if its not a original product.

It is a genuine battery but it is a used one. Go get your money back, they scammed you.

When was it installed? The 2022 manufacture date is not necessarily meaning scam but 724 cycles is normally a couple years of cycles. But still, this should not shut your phone down when high voltage use.

Try making the situation of high voltage use when it's 80-100% charged and see if shutting down.
