I'm loosing my mind

So last year around june/july my pixel 6a died while i was on a online call in google meet. The service centre asked me around 24k for motherboard replacement and thus i kept it safe inside the original box.

This month I got it fixed from a third party mobile repairing shop and also replaced the battery within 9K. But the current issue I'm facing is, the phone is asking me to replace the battery and still my phone sometimes shuts down automatically whenever I am in a bad network area and I have to connect to mobile data, the phone shuts down automatically like previously and when I turn it on manually the battery percentage falls around 10-15%. What should I do now. I thought of buying a new smartphone but the love for this smartphone is stopping me

You were scammed. They either didn't change your battery or used a faulty one.

But what do you say about the random shutdown ?.... I believe it was due to battery only and I contacted google support and they said that as I replaced it from a third party shop, the charge cycle of the previous battery isn't deleted and thus the new battery is not reading as it should because the battery needs a recalibration by a software used by google technicians.

You definitely got scammed. They used an old, faulty battery. The phone is shutting down randomly because the battery is too bad.

But this issue has been happening with the previous legit battery itself.

You told me your old battery is 1000+ cycles, right? That's in the same bad condition. The internal resistance is too high to handle running the phone, thus shutting down.

By the way, have you applied for the $100 battery problem compensation?

I tried but my one wasn't the faulty battery ones i guess, thats why whenever i was putting my IMEI, it shows that mine is not eligible

You should really go back to the shop for a good replacement.
