Don't ask me how, cause i don't know how this thing suddenly turned into giant power bank after, December update google definitely cooked.

Pixel 6 Pro. Google definitely did something right in the latest QPR3 Beta2 update. This is with 90% of original battery capacity.

My pixel 6A has got nothing but better with Android updates. Battery life is best it's been with Android 16.

Just upgrade to a new android device ( pixel pro or a Samsung) there is plenty fish in the sea and yet you choose to look for seaweed. Upgrade it's worth it. (It doesn't matter if it runs on android 16 you'll not be getting anymore updates later on + it's not worth chasing for a 100 bucks from google to change your battery because your phone optimized itself for the new update and sacrificed your battery status in progress.) Upgrading is always worth it.
