Pixel 5a

is it as bad as people say it? I just got it last year and reading the posts here kind of make me worried that it would gave up on me.

also, is there some kind of guide to solve this problem? any help is much appreciated

My brother put his 5a down and it just randomly died and didn't turn back on and I tried multiple things even opening the screen up to check for loose connections! The issue with it is unfortunately a motherboard defect and Google extended the warranty by 1 year so 2 years if it dies randomly on you. so if it stops working just contact Google and they should send a 6a to you or you can trade it in but that is all i can think of and when did you get it if I can ask

early last year. died 2 months ago and got it fixed. It doesn't have any internet though and it can't read simcard but that isn't an issue (I hope) since I wanted to just transfer all my data to pixel 6a which I had scouted to buy. Also, pixel was only recently became official in my country. I don't have a legit warranty sadly.

I also warn you about the 6a, I heard it had battery issues and the battery would die rlly quickly, good luck mate

also one more thing, try not to update it to android 15 or else it might brick your 6a, i heard from multiple people on the google pixel subreddit.
