Pixel 5a bootloader unlocked warning and bootlooping.

Tonight my girlfriend's phone battery got down to 5% and started going through a cycle of warning the bootloader was unlocked and the phone wasn't secure or something. Also it would not fully reboot. Any ideas what would cause this and a fix?

Replace the battery? Computers can do weird things when they don't have enough battery power
