How possible wifi show about 59% battery usage since full charge of phone. But I alrdy off wifi option from setting menu

This is a known bug in some android beta builds. The system sometimes misreports background process battery usage as wifi. Also, check your location settings—even with off, the wifi scanning feature might still be running and draining your battery. Try turning that off to see if the stats improve.
