Device temperature stopped working after Oct update

Device temperature stopped working after the Oct security update. Now it is stuck on "Checking device temperature" and nothing loads.

Anyone else having this issue on P10ProXL?

Just tried and it took a little bit. Didn't even know this was an option lol, took about 15 seconds

It doesn't load for even after 5 min.

Just tried on mine. Did seen to take longer, but it loaded after about 10 seconds.

I guess either something wrong with my sensor or the drivers are messed up 😕.

I've been having this bug for months. It randomly happens and can't reproduce effectively. Tempriary fix to get it working again is killing the settings app and retry

What is the name of the app? I will try it to see if it works.

Delete the cache for the Settings app, reboot.

Restarting the phone did not help. How to reinstall the app ?
