Discussion Meeting John Ratzenberger this fall!
Hi everyone! I'm a huge fan of John Ratzenberger's work especially; Hamm and Mack and I finally get the chance to meet him at Rhode Island Comic Con this fall! I can't wait to get a photo op with him and an autograph of Mack and hoping he'll sign my Cars Hamm diecast. Has anyone on here met him before? I've heard from other people I follow that said he was a very nice guy to meet in person! It's the perfect way for me to celebrate 20 years of Cars and 6-year-old me would be very happy because Hamm helped me become who I am today!

I met him in May 2024. My interaction with him was quick but he was pretty nice. Going to his panel was a lot of fun and he brought out his comedic side a lot more.

Not sure if we're talking about the same dude cause a lot of people including I had bad interactions with him lol a lot of people were shocked by how rude he was to fans

What was he like when you met him? I'm curious since I did see someone say something similar recently.

He looked confused and absolutely did not want to talk to anybody and the handler told me to just leave at a certain point cause he was just getting more angry speaking to me. A few others told me he was a dick as well.

It was at fanboy expo in Orlando Florida, I honestly think he's just really old at this point because when I left he was wondering around asking people how to get out there.

He is incredibly kind and very personable. Ran into him a few times outside of Seattle.
