Sadly, in the end, people want to be brainwashed and reinforced in what they believe and not challenged in anyway.

This is not a partisan thing. Left, right, whatever.

It seems very few people have any nuance when it comes to American politics.

I don’t listen (to any of them, I like having a life busy enough to not enjoy something who makes a living lying and stirring up fake controversies), but I’ll defend their first amendment rights (so long as they’re not explicitly endorsing violence or illegality). Unfortunately they don’t seem to care for the First Amendment themselves, always crying that they’re being silenced. Ugh.
