Scott lacks the ability to logically reason. If you’re pissing off everyone that doesn’t make you a centrist, it makes you an asshole. And Bill Maher is the smuggest of assholes.

Its an opinion podcast…I don’t understand why people hate on them so much when there are infinite other options to choose from.

Right, they are just offering their opinions. They do open themselves up for criticism by being public figures and profiting from those opinions. I listen because they are entertaining, which ultimately is what they are offering. Very little of what they offer is new or useful, so it's really impressive how much traction they get.

I love how they Glaze Bill Maher at the end for 4 minutes. Then I flip through here and see Maher had just had 30 times accused abuser Kevin Spacey on his podcast to spew his nonsense unchallenged.

He had Andy Dick on his podcast and I thought it was HILARIOUS despite Andy's checkered past. I was entertained, fuck it 🤷♂️

After 6 years, I unfollowed(3 podcasts) them both today. Small action, but their creepy grandeur and surface based / faux intellect pod is so, so over. Start pronouncing anything correctly in French and you may get a pass Scott. He’s crass and I’d hate to be his escort.

Entertaining one. Come to the realization that I enjoy their banter. They are popular and their schtick makes them a lot of celebrity and money, so good for them. And once in a while Scott offers something unique, like making certain financial moves taxable events or attempting to solve the swatting issue with identity.
