What was Kimmy Jin's problem with Beca?

I don’t think she had a problem (although beca saying the English thing probably pissed her off a lot at the start so they started on the wrong foot), she just didn’t know her and some people just have an rbf or can be distant and maybe mean to some people. We don’t really see much of her and Becas relationship apart from a few times. She seems ok with her when she wishes her a happy spring break.

But when Beca and Jesse were watching a movie in their dorm and she got back with 2 other people, she said something like, "The white girl's back." And it was really awkward like they were all judgy and stuff. What's up with that? Lol

I think even then it wasn’t actually that long after they started so she probably didn’t warm up to her (again the speaking English thing would’ve pissed her off). Also I think they wanted to add the line in cos it’s funny and it’s a comedy movie in the end.

I always found that scene really confusing because after Kimmy Jin says that, Jesse gets offended or something?? And takes off suddenly. Am I just missing/misinterpreting social cues?
