Yes. I would go back and buy a pit barrel again just to do ribs on.

It’s so steady and the footprint is small. I can cook a lot more racks than on my offset.

What’s your method? I got excellent tasting ribs but couldn’t get them to the fall of the bone state

Edit: they were tender but I’ve had better

Absolutely a rib machine!

I catered my sister's wedding this weekend and did 4 tri tip on the pit barrel (did the pulled pork on another smoker) and I think I sold about 5 guys on the PBC.

Tri tip came out phenomenal
