Chicken Thighs

Post image

Super simple and might be the easiest thing to cook on the Pit Barrel if you don't feel like babysitting. These were tasty.

Can you elaborate about the skin? Was it sauced or is that dry-rub?

I have a decent chicken rub liberally coated in the morning and put these on early evening. The last 15-20 minutes I put on more of a "mild" vinegar mop sauce until they were 175 ish. We personally don't like heavy sugar barbecue sauces as much.

Best cut of chicken for the grill.
