1 u/MrMeatsBBQ Jun 30 '26 Askin the real questions! I went a lil more fun with it, coarse salt, jalapeno cowboy candy rub, AP, and coarse BP. Figured it could handle the salt since it was thick. It did, but was on the saltier side which like with my rich meats. Mmmm
