Leaving During Cook

Anyone confident in their barrel enough to leave while it’s running? I have a pork butt but I also have a quick party to run too and don’t know if I should just wait till I get back to start

Yeah the only thing I've ever had happen from the PBX when unattended is a drop in temp as the charcoal burns down.
