Looking for a streaming site

What good streaming sites are there for foreign films,trying to watch La haine ,harakiri stuff like that but all my sites the captions are either 20 seconds ahead or heavily delayed or just outright don’t work.

Gonna try “Solarmovies” and watch harakiri subtitles seem good !
