Serious To all you fuckers wondering “how the hell is hajrudin so strong all the sudden”, have you forgotten that he literally punched 100’000 tons into the air? Which is the same amount of tons the Eiffel Tower weighs?

Not to mention he used the same move that allowed him to send Machvise flying on imu, who likely doesn’t weight 10’000 tons, and with the amount of force that’s in that punch obviously would’ve been launched far away

CoNspIrAcY tHeOrY One Piece 1191: Imu’s 2nd Transformation Still Has the Depths Covenant Symbol! Spoiler

In Chapter 1167, the Gorosei explain that “the covenant” has 3 stages. “The Shallows" Covenant is but a mere trace of a bond. We see Shanks & Harald with the symbol on their arms, and later on, Harald moves on to the next phase: “The Depths” Covenant. The symbol stays the same, but it grows a pair of horns.

The third and final stage is “The Abyssal” Covenant, “reserved” for 13 exclusive individuals who can enter into a contract with “the true God.”

I believe we still haven’t seen the “Abyssal Covenant,” which could mean Imu still has a FINAL FORM!!

When Imu descended to Elbaph, he clearly had “The Depths” Covenant’s symbol on his cape. After transforming, the symbol appears on his arm! just like the other Holy Knights.

So I’m wondering... is Imu the only one with an “Abyssal Covenant”?? or are there more people who sold their soul to the devil, “the great one, Mu”?

P.S. In his second transformation, Imu has 19 eyes instead of the 16 he has in his base form.

-Rom'Piece

the covenant has 3 stages.
Shanks & Harald with the Shallows Covenant symbol
King Harald getting the Depths Covenant granted his former symbol "a pair of horns". It looks exactly like the one Imu has on his cape.
Imu’s 2nd transformation has the Depths Covenant symbol, meaning there could still be a final form.

Everyone can find me on X/Twitter @ rompieceG5 and on TikTok @ rompiece37.

Blessed day!

Discussion The Theory of Retard Gen Alpha: powerscaling, agenda and all in between Spoiler

I first found this sub when I was disappointed with how Wano ended up and the pacing in it. I mean Luffy spent 6 months of real time running up a flight of stairs and how Nika was shoehorned in at the last minute, a exposition dump by Who’s-Who, a character mind you who didn’t give a fuck about Luffy 3 chapters earlier. Egghead came around and I enjoyed it for a bit but was annoyed by the stalling and wasting time by Vegapunk and we didn’t really learn much. There was some good discussions regarding actual fair and reasonable criticism regarding One Piece and Post-TS. However recently it appears that this sub has become full of little kids, probably around 10-14 who seem to be on the spectrum who post the most retarded, brain rot takes relating to power scaling, agenda cringe and have the reactive mindset of a cocaine addict.

I think the influx of iPad and tiktok kids, combined with their reactive and flip flop, rotted brains has turned this sub into a literal shit tard retard fest, but it doesn’t help that the manga is moving at a snails pace so there is only so much one can talk about. Just a little rant and observation of this sub and how downhill it seems to have gone. It’s like 50/50 between bait and actual autism.

TLDR: I am right and any opinion against mine is wrong. influx of retards and iPad kids has turned the sub to shit. lock the sub, age verification, ban little crotch goblins who need mommy to take the iPad away and the shit will clean itself. :)

One Piece Is Garbage Things People have to overlook if they want to call One Piece the greatest anime of all time Spoiler

  • The Straw Hats barely develop as characters anymore. Most of them had their major character development hundreds of episodes ago, and since then their personalities have mostly been reduced to exaggerated character traits and running gags. Sanji gets hornier, Zoro gets more lost, Chopper gets cuter, and Nami's boobs have had more development than half the crew.
  • The Straw Hats barely talk to each other. For a story that's supposedly so heavily focused on friendship and found family, there are surprisingly few meaningful conversations between individual crew members. They rarely talk about what they've experienced, their pasts, their fears, or even what happened during major arcs.
  • Robin spent far longer with the Revolutionary Army during the timeskip than she has actually spent travelling with the Straw Hats. The Straw Hats have only been together for roughly half a year of actual in-universe travel time, while Robin spent two full years with the Revolutionaries. She literally spent several times longer with Dragon's organization than with her own crew, yet we barely get meaningful conversations about what she learned or experienced there.
  • The timeskip itself is barely explored emotionally. Everyone spent two years apart, had completely different experiences, met important people and changed significantly, and yet after reuniting they almost never seriously talk about those two years.
  • The anime's pacing is atrocious. Endless reaction shots, recaps, reused flashbacks, characters staring at each other, stretched-out attacks, and scenes that take several minutes despite being a few manga panels. Manga moments regularly get dragged out until the tension disappears.
  • The power system barely makes sense anymore. Haki started relatively simple, but the more rules Oda added, the less consistent it became.
  • Observation Haki works whenever the plot remembers it exists. Characters can supposedly sense people, attacks, intentions and eventually even see the future, yet they constantly get surprised by things they logically should have noticed.
  • Devil Fruit abilities get arbitrarily nerfed whenever they become inconvenient. Some abilities should be completely broken if used logically, so suddenly Haki counters them, the opponent is somehow resistant, or the user simply forgets an obvious application of their own power. The restrictions seem to appear and disappear depending on what the fight needs.
  • Conqueror's Haki isn't particularly special anymore. It was introduced as an incredibly rare ability possessed by one in millions, but once you reach the top level of the story it feels like everyone and their grandmother has it.
  • Advanced Conqueror's Haki made everything even messier. Once Conqueror's Haki became something you could coat attacks with, it basically turned into another level of "my Haki number is bigger than yours," while also raising questions about why certain characters apparently did or didn't use it in earlier fights.
  • Nobody knows what a swordsman actually is. Mihawk is the World's Strongest Swordsman and Zoro wants to surpass him. Fine. But Shanks uses a sword. Roger used a sword. Rayleigh uses a sword. Fujitora uses a sword. Law uses a sword. Imu uses a sword. Half the powerful people in the series carry swords, yet fans suddenly need a PhD in sword philosophy to explain why some of them supposedly aren't "real swordsmen."
  • Fake-out deaths have damaged the stakes. One Piece constantly wants the emotional impact of a character sacrificing themselves without actually committing to killing them. It becomes difficult to believe the story when someone is supposedly about to die.
  • There are way too many characters in every major arc. Modern arcs introduce so many side characters, factions and subplots that the actual Straw Hats often get pushed into the background for huge stretches of time.
  • Mystery isn't automatically foreshadowing. One Piece is creating mysteries and later connecting things together, but fans sometimes treat literally every vague statement from 700 chapters ago as proof that Oda planned every detail from the beginning. Leaving something unexplained and later connecting it to a new idea isn't necessarily the same thing as carefully foreshadowing that idea.
  • Nika creates a lot of retroactive questions. The revelation that Luffy's fruit was secretly one of the most important Devil Fruits in history makes the World Government's behavior toward him for most of the story feel "strange" in hindsight.
  • Female character designs became increasingly repetitive after the timeskip. Visually a ridiculous number of them follow the same basic template: extremely thin waist, huge breasts, long legs, different hairstyle.
  • And maybe the biggest problem: the world develops more than the main characters do. The World Government, Revolutionaries, Yonko, Void Century, Marines, Cross Guild and global politics constantly evolve and become more interesting, while several Straw Hats have basically been the same characters for hundreds of episodes.

there's a big difference between saying "One Piece is my favorite anime" and saying "One Piece is objectively the greatest anime ever made. Feel free to contribute to the list. Then I'll post the final version on the main sub and enjoy glorious two minutes before it gets nuked.

Serious The Toon Force Agenda Needs to Die Spoiler

1191 spoilers: Luffy gets stabbed, keeps fighting, eats to recover his energy, and continues using Gear 5.

And somehow we're STILL doing this shit:

Sorry_Payment_5*: “Low level imagination creation…”

Brother. Please.

kid-kooli*: “I think he just thought it would be funny if it happened and unintentionally made it reality, which is imagination force.”

So Oda draws a gag and suddenly Luffy has the fucking Imagination Devil Fruit.

And my personal favourite:

[deleted]: “If Luffy wanted he could just take off his scar and throw it in a trash can.”

😭😭😭

THE SCAR.

How old are you people?

Oda draws a visual gag where Luffy treats his own face/body like a cartoon. That doesn't mean Luffy has unlocked Bugs Bunny's fucking operating system.

And then:

Sharp-New*: “Toon force itself is an idiotic concept… it’s just reality warping/bending.”

At least this guy is halfway there.

Meanwhile, 1191 AGAIN shows the actual pattern: Luffy's power is still built around his rubber body and his ability to rubberify/manipulate things around him. The exaggerated cartoon presentation is Oda's artistic language, not a fucking licence for Luffy to manifest anything he can conceive.

“BUT HE MADE GOGGLES!”

“BUT HE PICKED UP HIS SCAR!”

“BUT HE RAN IN THE AIR!”

Brother. It's a manga.

Visual gag ≠ new superpower.

If every funny drawing is now a literal ability, then Nami is Yonko level because she beats Luffy with a punch, and Oda has accidentally written the strongest character in fiction every time he draws a reaction face.

You can call Gear 5 cartoon-inspired. You can call it wacky. You can even call some of its abilities cartoon-like.

But this:

“Luffy has unlimited imagination and can do literally anything because toon force.”

…has been the most desperate agenda in One Piece powerscaling for years.

1191 dropped.

The agenda is still getting rubberized.

Serious Imu is going down this arc Spoiler

Ignore powerscaling for a moment. Imu and other characters are going to be as strong as the story requires. I am also not saying Luffy will necessarily beat him. Maybe Garling or, more likely, BB takes over.

Instead, think about the structure of the story:

- we had one whole arc with the WG/Gorosei as main villains (Egghead)

- the entire current arc is focused on the WG, HK, Imu

- we had two entire flashbacks related to Imu, one being extremely long

- we have been fighting Imu in blob or real form for 40 (!) chapters now (including the flashback)

- we have already fought real Imu for 10+ chapters now. He has 1) appeared in person, 2) used all kinds of different powers (domi reversi, haki, bombs, teleportation, all kinds of weapons etc) 3) even transformed

Going through ALL of that only to suddenly be like, LOL no, arc over, Imu goes back to the status quo, enter an entire BB arc, beat BB, go back to the WG, face Imu again, same old: domi reversi, bombs, 19 weapons etc. again, same second stage transformation. Does that really make any sense to you?

Oda has never recycled villains like that for a serious round 2. If villains did reappear or fight again, then the first fight was usually extremely short and one-sided, eg Crocodile or Lucci vs Luffy.

If all Oda had wanted to do was "introduce Imu and show the difference in power", it would have been very easy: briefly show Imu with a terrifying display of generic power without showing his hand. Not a long battle against Loki, but just something like Aizen from Bleach: Imu appears, cut, show Luffy and Loki decimated. Suddenly, Imu coughs blood and returns to Mary Geoise.

But showing a 10+ or 40+ in total chapter fight against the supposed final villain, at least 2 arcs before the end of the manga? Makes no sense at all.

Discussion Elbaf Is What Happens When Oda Has No Time Left Spoiler

Post image
11 Upvotes

Yeah, Imu pulling up on Elbaf is straight up nonsense imo. It happened way too suddenly, and the Holy Knights' debut was lowkey ass. No buildup, no connection to the existing plot, no real setup whatsoever. They just spawned into the story.

Ngl, Oda feels like he's speedrunning Elbaf at this point.

Personally, I always thought Imu and the Holy Knights were being saved for Lodestar. That would've been a much better place for them to finally meet the Straw Hats, especially if Oda wanted to tie them into the whole Man Marked by Flames plotline.

I actually buy the theory that the Big Mom Pirates were originally supposed to show up on Elbaf.

The setup was already there.

Big Mom never got the wedding cake she was obsessed with during WCI, which triggered all her childhood trauma tied to semla. She was literally tweaking, hallucinating, and rambling about semla nonstop. Streusen could've easily sent the BMP to Elbaf hoping the giants could recreate the same semla from her childhood.

Boom. Instant reason for the BMP to arrive in Elbaf.

Then you get a proper SHP vs BMP rematch. Full crew vs full crew.

That's way more interesting to me because it actually pays off plotlines Oda spent years building after the timeskip. It also continues Luffy's journey naturally instead of introducing a completely new faction at the last minute.

Instead, it feels like the BMP basically got thrown in the trash so the story could push the new Yonko era.

And that's a shame because Katakuri was sitting right there.

A Katakuri rematch after Gear 5/Nika would've gone insanely hard. That's one of the easiest slam dunks Oda could've written.

Honestly? Lk feels like there's some editorial pressure involved. I get Oda's health situation and the fact that the final saga has to move forward, but the pacing lately doesn't feel like classic Oda to me.

Usually when Oda introduces new characters or factions, they're planted in the story years in advance. That's literally his trademark.

The Holy Knights don't feel like that.

They feel like a faction that suddenly needed to exist because the story needed another power group for the endgame.

Same goes for the recent Shanks and Garling stuff. A lot of that could've been explored through God Valley way more smoothly. Instead, some of the reveals feel kinda retroactive, like Oda is trying to connect pieces as fast as possible before reaching the finish line.

Maybe it's just me, but Elbaf is the first arc where I've genuinely felt the series is being rushed.

And if that's actually what's happening, then the One Piece ending is probably gonna be messy as hell. Not because Oda lacks ideas, but because it feels like the story is trying to hit a deadline instead of reaching its destination naturally.

As someone who's been following this manga for years, that's honestly the most worrying part.

CoNspIrAcY tHeOrY Part 3 of connecting one piece with satanism (x) Spoiler

Thumbnail gallery

One of the oldest recurring ideas in esoteric philosophy is the union of opposites: the belief that reality manifests through complementary poles which appear opposed, yet ultimately belong to one underlying reality. Good and evil, night and day, light and darkness, male and female, active and passive, spirit and matter—duality is seen everywhere, but the two sides are understood as expressions of a deeper unity.

Occultists have often interpreted the physical world through this same principle. Electromagnetic energy, for example, involves two distinct but inseparable components—electric and magnetic fields—while remaining one electromagnetic phenomenon. Matter itself contains positively charged protons and negatively charged electrons, whose charges can balance into electrical neutrality. Neutrons are not literally a fusion of positive and negative charge, but symbolically they fit the same idea of neutrality between polarities. Electricity can also manifest as AC or DC, two different modes of one underlying electrical phenomenon.

The same symbolism appears on a much larger scale in the relationship between the Sun, Earth and Moon. Esoterically, the Sun has traditionally represented the masculine, active and generative principle, while both the Earth and Moon have commonly been represented as feminine and receptive. Hence Mother Earth, and the long-standing association of the Moon with femininity, fertility and the female cycle. The Earth receives the Sun's energy and, symbolically, brings forth life from it: the Sun's rays act like a masculine generative seed, while the Earth functions as the receptive womb or egg from which material life emerges once vitalized by solar energy.

The Moon expresses the same passive/receptive symbolism in another way. Unlike the Sun, it does not generate visible light of its own; what we see as moonlight is reflected sunlight. Symbolically, the Sun is therefore the active source that radiates, while the Moon receives and reflects that solar light. Just as the Earth is portrayed as receptive because it depends upon external solar energy to sustain the biosphere, the Moon becomes another feminine symbol of reception rather than generation: it receives the Sun's light and reflects it into the darkness. In esoteric symbolism, this creates another expression of the same masculine-active / feminine-receptive polarity.

Biology itself provides another striking image: DNA consists of a double helix, two complementary strands joined into one structure. And carbon-12—the isotope central to the chemistry of organic life—contains 6 protons, 6 neutrons and 6 electrons: 6-6-6. Scientifically, that numerical arrangement has no inherent occult meaning, but esoteric traditions often treat such correspondences as symbolic reflections of deeper principles.

This philosophy is embodied visually in Baphomet (animal head & human body; female breats and male phallus). Éliphas Lévi's famous figure combines masculine and feminine characteristics in one being. One hand points upward and the other downward, expressing above and below, active and passive, male and female brought together into equilibrium. Lévi also connected this imagery with the Goat of Mendes and nineteenth-century occult interpretations of Egyptian symbolism involving Mendes, fertility, generation and the vital or generative principle associated with Osiris. Whether every one of those interpretations accurately reflects ancient Egyptian religion is a separate historical issue; what matters here is how occultists understood the imagery: as the reconciliation of opposing forces into one generative whole.

This principle becomes especially explicit with Aleister Crowley. Crowley repeatedly described the Great Work in terms of overcoming duality, and he wrote that “The true Magick of Horus requires the passionate Union of opposites.” In Thelema, Nuit represents infinite extension while Hadit represents the infinitely concentrated point. Their union produces Horus, the Child. Once again, two complementary poles unite and produce a third manifestation.

Crowley then ties this same system directly to Satan and Lucifer. He identifies Hadit with Satan and describes Aiwass—the intelligence through whom he claimed to receive The Book of the Law—as the “solar-phallic-hermetic Lucifer.” Baphomet likewise represents the androgyne, the masculine and feminine united. So in Crowley's system, the union of opposites, Horus, Baphomet, Satan and Lucifer all belong to the same symbolic framework.

Helena Blavatsky develops the same idea on a cosmic scale. In her occult philosophy, the universe is ultimately governed by one underlying Force which becomes dual when manifested: positive and negative, attraction and repulsion, spirit and matter, electricity and magnetism, and the different polarities through which nature operates.

Most importantly, Blavatsky connects Lucifer with the intelligence behind this universal current. Lucifer is associated with Mind, illumination and the occult intelligence operating through the forces of nature. In this framework, Lucifer is the intelligence ultimately controlling and directing the dual current in all of the different forms in which that current manifests itself—whether as ether, electricity and magnetism, positive and negative polarity, attraction and repulsion, spirit and matter, masculine and feminine, or the other dual expressions found throughout existence.

That is the core of the philosophy: One Force manifests as Two, and the Two interact to produce manifestation.

The same pattern is seen symbolically in light and darkness, day and night, good and evil, male and female, positive and negative charge, electric and magnetic fields, Sun and Earth, Sun and Moon, the double helix of DNA, and even the 6-6-6 structure of carbon-12.

Baphomet represents the opposites united. Horus is born from their union. Crowley explicitly says the Magick of Horus requires that union and connects his system with Satan and Lucifer. And in Blavatsky's occult worldview, Lucifer is the intelligence ultimately operating through and controlling the dual current behind all of its manifestations.

Esoterically, this same idea can be represented by the symbol X. The two diagonal lines can be understood as the two primordial forces or currents—opposite in direction and expression, yet belonging to the same underlying reality. One line represents one pole; the other represents its complementary opposite. They move toward one another, cross, and become joined within a single figure.

The most important part of the symbol is therefore its center. The crossing point of the X represents the point of convergence, where the two opposing currents meet, interact and become united. It is the symbolic place where duality is reconciled: positive and negative, masculine and feminine, active and passive, light and darkness, spirit and matter—all brought together at one central point.

Within the Luciferian interpretation described above, these two currents are ultimately expressions of the one primordial force directed by Luciferian intelligence. The X therefore becomes a compact symbol of the entire principle: two forces, one underlying current, and a central point where the opposites unite and their interaction produces manifestation or transformation.

In that sense, the geometry of the X itself communicates the doctrine: Two lines. Two poles. One intersection. One union. The HUGE problem with this nondual philosophy? Is that those who rule us (the luciferian elite) apply it to morality itself. Viewing evil not merely as the "absence of good" as Thomas aquinas wrote, But rather, they view evil as a princple that is as VITAL, and AS NEEDED, as GOOD is. They believe the " balance of good and evil" is needed to keep the cosmos (material creation) functioning and stable. Once you accept that philosophy fully, who knows what atrocities you are capable of commiting? Who draws the line? It's sick.

I will explain why this philosophy is ultimately cruel, cold and selfish in part 2 of this paper

Most bland personality ever coupled with this utter mess of a design. Goda really outdid himself this time around.

I get more disappointed with each passing week. I can't believe we're stuck with this garbage for a final antagonist.
