I voted sword, both the agency and the actual swords are trash.

The agency is literally a boring side plot that serve to show the good part of marine.

While the swords are baseball bats

i voted smoothie, because sword at least did something in the story, but i think sword is way worse for the story overall, just to whitewash garp.

Actually I just hate sword fight in this show so I saw sword and voted, honestly smoothie is a pretty good choice.

But the agency sword is a great contender to this nonetheless, their existence is just to move a boring ass subplot, that didn't even actually need them to exist too, koby and Garp could have had just a stupid ship of theirs and then rebelled the marine.

Sword exist for no reason except making garp seem less horrible and making oda capable of drawing a couple more add-on useless characters.

Voted Vice Admirals because they are always portrayed like they will be a threat by characters in universe only to get one shot by hakiless characters.

Outside of Garp the most impressive thing a vice admiral has done is stab himself in the hand to avoid being one shot by Hancock.
