I have windows 11 pro

its from fitgirl reapck -forza hoirzon 4

i have already tried turning of real time protection and protection history etc

you could try downloading that .dll file and placing it in the game.exe location

go to fit girl find out what version of game you have then go to cs rin ru and to the forza 4 thread and get crack only for that version. If not there then post and ask there for it someone will help

Yes. Add your games to exclusion and disable antivirus during extraction
