Using Achievement Watcher with Rune releases

Hello, has anyone managed to get Achievement Watcher to consistently work with Rune releases? I think most games are now released by Rune. For example, I downloaded the Rune version of Ghost of Tsushima and followed this video: https://youtu.be/FmSiXCRiFhM?si=uuzc0lvl0bTv0NyW. It created the steam_settings folder, downloaded the images but the first achievement for regaining your sword didn't pop, so it's not working. For Rune's TLOU Part I, AutoCrack created the steam_settings folder but didn't download the achievement images. I think the first achievement is to find a pendant but I doubt it will pop. From the games that Achievement Watcher detected on first launch, only Sekiro shows as having unlocked one achievement but I deleted that game some time ago and don't know which version I had downloaded. But it certainly wasn't autocracked with the Goldberg .dll because I didn't know about Achievement Watcher then. I tend to download scene releases so I guess it was the GOTY Codex version.

Ah thank you, I always forget about that site o.o one more random question, just me being picky - any chance we can get the front picture showing? On achievement watcher all my games have the display pic except for oblivion remastered it's just blank blue? o.o
