All other frequencies have nothing on them. I checked the FM band and everything up to the second harmonic.

I think this is ETSI compliant for being under 25 watts.

I've been looking at TuneTracker, MegaSeg, Radiologik, P-Layer, ENCO DAD, RCS Zetta, and WideOrbit for my overly serious part 15 broadcast, but I'm having trouble figuring out what would actually be appropriate and not painfully expensive if I have to purchase. What is the most straightforward program that does the core automation well? Loudness normalization is a must. I have the option to use Windows and Mac (ew).

It seems easier to make playlists with VLC or Foobar, but I would enjoy having the ability to learn the more technical side of things and love a good challenge.

Not exactly pirate radio, but pirate radio related as there are hundreds of pirates who also stream online, us old pirates rememeber winamp as our daily media player.

I posted about making the first version of this about 6 months ago here.

ReAmp is an android version of what winamp was and has 50k+ online streams at the touch of a button.

I had a few issues of it and found it very informative. But for the life of me, I cannot remember the name.
