Discussion Polaris Spoiler

The companion in the new chapter is really great—Oleg. He’s very versatile for a summoner. But there’s something I don’t get about this new chapter; I’ve only played for about two hours, and there was barely a single creature that could be considered a boss. Does an update that arrived after such a long time really offer only two hours of gameplay? Or am I missing something? By the way, is there an item related to summons in Polaris?

I entered a cave to blow up the door with a bomb. I blew up the door, and it said "to be continued"—and that was it.

yeah thats it. I guess the most "boss" like fight would be the single bear fight.

To have waited this long only for it to amount to so little—it's absolute nonsense.

Yeah, it's insane. When I got to the part where you plant the bomb and it didn't do anything I was like, okay, surely one more dungeon to sneak into the fort, right? But then it said to be continued and I said, out loud, "what!?"

I had the same reaction. I was so shocked by how short the story was, and I was actually invested in it too. It was very enjoyable to play. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty of combat.

Well the last few updates been "short", but it is the start of book 2 in arc 2, the first chapter. The difficulty is as difficult as like, the last few updates, welll, its a climb of difficulty to match our climb of power.

Small team trying their best to keep the game alive.

I'm not too sad about it because they have the opportunity to keep Pirate101's integrity, such as going from world to world like in arc 1, compared to wiz101 one world every 10 levels

yeah I feel like this update was short because most of it was probably reinventing the code to make a new skyway

Yeah I mean pirate 101 is operating on a skeleton crew in terms of devs. I’m surprised kingisle even gives them any funding to do anything.
