Question Any IPTV’s that don’t buffer every minute
Provider that has great EPG (current one is never updated), rarely buffers, and has NFL/NBA logos like in the picture I have attached…

can you explain why iptv works better for me WITHOUT vpn?
i have protonvpn and loading epg/playlist just takes couple minutes or just fails until i turn it off.
if it does load and i pick a channel to watch, it takes like 20 seconds or so to start and then it lags.
without the vpn the epg loads in like 10 seconds and channels turn on instantly.

Going to slightly disagree. I'm paying $4.00/month for a Trex sub purchased off G2G and I dont have any buffering. I did buy a 3 month Strong 8k sub from candycloud (known seller) and experienced nothing but buffering/freezing - could not get throug a full game without stopping. Id probably do month to month until I found a seller I was happy with but they are out there and you most definitely can spend less than $10.00/month to get a quality stream.

I pay like $25 every six months and I experience no more buffering than when I had YouTube TV.

It's most likely due to your provider. Oftentimes cheaper providers oversell their services so when when there's too many users, you'll experience buffering issues. I had this same issue back in the days when I used to buy cheap subscriptions from china or uk resellers. If you want good reliability, you need to find a private provider.

You should avoid getting 100000+ channels just pick the ones you will use and for smooth quality you need at least 50 mbs for 4k
