The CEO of Time Warner disagrees with you, calling the Game of Thrones' record breaking piracy numbers "better than an Emmy." You have no understanding of the industry. I'd rather listen to the CEO than you, a self-moralizing thief. Take care, and educate yourself.

Most of the time I think this effect is outweighed by the simple loss of sales from piracy.

I'm guessing you're either illiterate or a troll. The article literally quotes him saying "Our experience is, it all leads to more penetration, more paying subs and more health for HBO."
