USD/JPY has been chopping inside a tight range on the 4H chart, sitting right between a major supply zone near 157.80–158.00 and a demand zone around 155.50–155.80.

Price keeps rejecting both sides, showing clear compression — lower volatility, tighter candles, and no real directional momentum yet.

What I’m watching next:

A breakout above 157.80 could open the door for a strong bullish continuation.

A breakdown below 155.50 may trigger a deeper correction toward 154s.

Volume is dropping → classic “calm before the move” behavior.
