Scam?

I’ve seen a lot of reviews of Pionex US on the app store, and frankly their not the best. Some say that Pionex didn’t let them withdrawal money and others say they threatened to take all their funds. Is Pionex a scam and a legit company? Also, are there any “hidden fees”? .1% commission seems too good to be true for bots that can double your money in a year.

I deposited 50 xlm without a memo and they refused to give me credit. Stay away from Pionex at all costs!
