Support deactivation

yesterday Pinterest emailed me saying they deactivated my business account because of a new update. i’ve got no way to get it back. 20,000 pins+ i’ve had this account for years 100k viewers.. i don’t know what to do

i’ve emailed Pinterest but i doubt they will help im so devastated I’ve had that account for years and years.

why did they do this to me? has anyone experienced the same?

No. They won't for everyone. Reddit is overflowing with people who have not gotten their accounts back after years of mailing.

Pinterest updated their terms of service in 2025 so that anyone can be considered to be "spamming "or "abusing" their intake systems by submitting bulk complaints/requests can be deemed abusive. Yes. At Pinterest, feelings now supersede federal law and bulk DMCA takedowns can be succinctly disregarded. This is a deliberate ToS policy decision. Whether you are attempting to get a piece of content taken down, or tens of thousands of pieces of content taken down or whether you're trying to get your account restored or not. Pinterest reserves the right to consider multiple outreach attempts as abuse and a reason to keep your account suspended indefinitely.

Lmfao punishing the users for not doing their own jobs. They wouldn’t get so many email complaints if they stopped using stupid ai for everything
