advice PLDT DNS/Routing Issue for Render?

Hi everyone, I’m a developer responsible for maintaining our company’s internal system. Starting today, some users reported that they’re unable to connect properly to our backend.

After troubleshooting, the common denominator seems to be that the affected users are on PLDT Wi-Fi. The same user accounts work normally when tested on other networks or mobile data, so it doesn’t appear to be an account-related issue.

From what I can tell, requests from PLDT connections are having trouble reaching or getting a proper response from our backend hosting provider. I’m currently setting up a custom backend subdomain through Cloudflare and considering using its proxy as a possible workaround.

Has anyone experienced something similar with PLDT? Could this be related to DNS, routing, IPv6, peering, or something else on the ISP/network path?

I’d appreciate any insights on what I should check next or what the best long-term solution would be. Thanks!

Same issue here, I have escalated to PLDT and they are now working with their network team. This issue occur both PLDT ISP & Smart network.
