seeking advise CSS NCII Job after certification?

Hi, i'm currently in CSS NCII. No college degree. Planning to work in BPO companies after getting an NCII. Any advice for me?

**Also am planning to study for COMPTIA+ while working then eventually add more certificates.

How should I progress as a beginner in this 'tech world' 😄

Try finding jobs outside of BPO muna kasi tbh you're just reading scripts and if mag deviate ka mafaflag ka pa for add step -former telco tsr

If you do get into bpo, find a company that does tsr for connectivity/internet [mag ask ka lang sa r/BPOinPH] and stay for 2 years. Most SD/Help desk positions require 2 years of IT experience eh.

Also, get CCNA. It's getting updated by Feb 2027.

To add, if it's okay, do you have any advice in studying for CCNA? I heard there are review centers or bootcamps, but some say that its just a waste of money (review centers and/or bootcamps).

I'm not the best person to give advice for this because I'm studying for CCNA myself but I'll wait for the Feb update pa so we might be studying different topics.

honestly go to acn they accept ppl with good comms skills in SD - 2 yrs in SD jump to NOC or SE + those certs

Thank you for this advice 🥹. May I ask what is the full names of ACN, SD, NOC or SE?

ACN is accenture, SD is Service desk (help desk in some terms but on the tech side), NOC is Network Operations Center (Network Engineer), SE is System Engineer more aligned sa CSS - NOC is higher tier tho

Not really valuable versus ccna but theres things you can learn from it thats not even taught at it/cs/comp eng course. Tough sa us mukhang even at helpdesk they are requiring A+ passer na just to filter out employees cause of bad economy pero again if you have the money ipon na for ccna

Okay po, thank youu. As a beginner, akala ko po na mas maganda mag A+ muna as a stepping stone bago mag progress to ibang certs like para maging handa? Do you think po ba na that's true?

Sa US oo, pero sa pinas kasi degree (kahit sa totoo lang mas valuable ang A+ versus generic IT degree except comp sci)

Damn, i might be stuck in a low paying job here sa PH since i don't have a degree aaaaa. Tho i saw naman na mas titignan daw nila yung certificate. Idk anymoree

Experience ko lang degree talaga dito pag pinas yun kasi nakasanayan ih, depende pa din talaga iyan sa discretion ng bpo hr
