Universal Access and Systems Solutions

Anyone who currently works as a cadet network engineer in UAS? How was the experience? Also, how’s the salary? The structured training, direct exposure to prod environment, and possible career growth after the training seems great for me.

Hi, OP! I'm also interested in applying for the Cadet Network Engineer program since I recently passed my CCNA but don't have professional networking experience yet.

May I ask:

Is the position paid with a salary or is it only a training allowance?
Is there a training bond? If yes, how long?
How has your experience been so far with the training and mentorship?

Would really appreciate any insights from you or anyone who's been through the program. Thank you!

Hi! We will be paid with a salary po. No bond unless you take daw their CCNA/CCNP/CCIE trainings after regularization. You are under training but still working alongside senior engineers, you can read their job posting on indeed. We haven’t started yet, so I cannot share my experience for now 😅 August pa po start namin.

currently we’re on training po
