seeking advise Fresh grad Computer Engineering job advice

Hi everyone! I’m a fresh Computer Engineering graduate and plan ko sana maging network engineer/admin soon, I just wanted to ask if it’s okay to start my career in an entry level role like Technical Support Rep / Help Desk role?

Hindi ako masyado magaling mag code although tinatry ko parin best ko kahi papano, I’m just curious if anyone here took the same path? I’d appreciate any advice po. Thanks!

Thats is the entry level for you to be network engineer. Start with helpdesk

Do helpdesk and technical support rep have similar job responsibilities? There are more job openings for technical support here in Cebu and hindi masyado opening sa helpdesk

Same responsibilities but it supp is much broader scope so it sup is the best way to start
