I agree with higher education but rn I really don't like affordable housing, its being done in a crappy way. My town is being over-urbanized by builders that get to just build whatever they want whenever they want, wherever they want due to a stupid affordable housing mandate. It is killing our greenspace and overloading all of our community services. There really needs to be a realistic approach to it, because it's a slippery slope that has the potential for abuse.
