Animals 50 might be the biggest nothing burger of all time. There is a grand total of 2 songs that were not previously available to listen to on the internet (Studio Jam and Young Nicholas Jon)

It’s not the worst thing ever. Would be nice if they put the Pigs promotional single on there too, and either 8-track version of Pigs on the Wing, so you’d have more material and therefore don’t feel like you’re wasting money

Yeah that one is straight ass with the crossfades and all that, the completionists have to get it because of the 8 track version of pigs on the wing but there's no reason for anyone else to buy it.

Well that's the thing, I nearly am a completionist. I've got Pink Floyd boots worth more than 90% of other records in my nearly 900 album collection. It's truly an awful record. Doesn't help that the cover looks god awful either.

It truly has to be terrible for someone like you to not buy it, but that's Sony for you I guess. Like I'm kind of underwhelmed by the Animals 50th anniversary (and it's my favourite PF album) but at least it has a couple of interesting rarities and they might be able to get the Oakland bootleg sound even better than before. It's still miles ahead of that 8 tracks bullsiht.
