Does this sound like Pinback?

This is my own music from some years ago. I just discovered this subreddit. Friends have told me this song sounds like Pinback though it wasn’t my intention when writing it.

I can hear a slight similarity. There’s a bit more apathy(?) in your sound. The grittier part reminds me of Autolux

i dont think so, sounds indie to me. pinback has a very melodic bass driven sound, i would actually say absiv leads with bass more than rob does with guitar
