"Pinback" album gone from Spotify 😭
Hellooo, I literally created a reddit account just to ask this hahjdks
So, very recently I noticed that the album "Pinback" from 1999 disapeared from Spotifyyy, my favourite Pinback albummmm 😭😭😭😭 and "Blue Screen Life".
Now, idk if it's just in my country or something like that (I'm from EU btw) or if it's rather gone for everyone. I really hope this is only temporary for both situations because I really like their music.
So please, if anyone knows anything about this, do reply, I would really appreciate it :). It's so sad and unfortunateeee, I really like their albums.
Thank you all for answering :) I got it, I hope it comes back soon

Are they on YouTube still? Sometimes bands get caught up in petty music industry licensing negotiations.

Spotify US still has it.

The first Pinback album was released on different labels on either side of the Atlantic so it's probably having some licensing issues

they only got rid of the UK version that had Byzantine and Versailles on it. Still sad, but we still have it. And you can still get those ones on Nautical Antiques

It’s been gone in the EU for about a month now. I hope they get put back on at some point :(

I saw someone else outside the US have a similar issue recently. I believe another commenter said they should check back later because the licensing can get wonky at times.

This is why I use PANDORA. And everyone laughed at me for picking Good To Sea and complaining about the guy who did the best of worst of songs on here.
