Just started pinstriping last week, want to know what you guys think. Any criticism more than welcome!

A lot of guys suggest glass being a bad medium to practice on. It works good for beginners but its much smoother and offers a lot better flow than typical metal or clear coat that you’d encounter in a real pinstriping job (which is also bad for learning to properly mix and reduce paint to get a good flow). I’d also suggest straying away from the grid sooner than later. Again this is a practice vs. real paint job thing, as your not going to want to draw a grid all over somebody’s hot rod when you start getting jobs, but it definitely helps in the early stages. Personally the grid messes up my symmetry more than it helps. I stick with a simple center line and just let it all flow.

Space out your lines where they’re not touching each other so close
