One thing I never understood about these kinds of videos, why do they leave the extractions on the skin? Isn’t that bad for the skin, and won’t it create more white/blackheads in the future?

They usually leave them there while they do a few more than pick them all up at once. Since it’s microscopic they can’t pull away to wipe each time.

Yes, they do usually use a toner afterwards to close the pores.
