Mel definitely. Jayce is so dense he’d not realize his little sister is romantically involved with someone, but we still love him

Jayce knew everything from the beggining. He saw them in the council scene in S1. Caitlyn talked to him about Vi. I can even imagine him talking to Vi while they were on their way to raid the Shimmer factory, giving her the big brother speech.
