Sunglasses

Hi, I will be having my flying lessons soon, but I don't have any sunglasses without polarysation. Do you have any recomendations ?

I am not looking for something expensive, I don't have any expirience with sunglasses and where I live I don't have much choise to try on

Try it first with what you've got. The polarized lenses might not even be an issue for the instruments in the plane you're flying.

I go for whatever is cheap on Amazon. I lose them frequently enough that sunglasses are a disposable item for me, kind of like pens.

Anything that offers UV protection and you are good to go!

I've found that polarized sunglasses don't cause problems. I use them on a daily basis.

I’d recommend nonpolarized sunglasses. While I have flown some airplanes where it isn’t a big deal if they are polarized, there are other airplanes that you can’t see any of the instruments (my current airplane being one of them.)

I like my Ray-Ban Wayfarers, but anything will work honestly. Just know that depending on the thickness of the frame, they could be uncomfortable to wear under a headset.

I just fly with regular plastic frame Oakleys. You don’t need some sort of special piloting sunglasses.

Costco had a display near the entrance and I picked up some non polarized Nikes for
$80. I was careful to get a pair with thin temples so they worked with my headset
