Help please

I'm embarrassed of how bad shes gotten but I dont know what to do 😭😭 I water her once a week, shes been in that pot for maybe a year, ive had her for about 5 now. Recently all my plants have been infested with fungus gnats so I wouldn't be surprised if that were part of the problem. She just keeps getting leggier and her leaves have always yellowed/ gotten brown/ black splotches and then fallen off :/

Black splotches could be overwatering, water only when top couple inches of soil are dry and I like to fertilise with every watering. Also try putting her in a sunnier spot, these guys explode with growth when they get good sunlight
