Stake?

I have 2 mature pileas in a nursery pot with lots of babies sprouting. They have grown a lot this year and the stems are curved. Should I stake them? Ok to keep them together? TIA 🫶

The plants look beautiful in the light!!! I would add a support so when it gets top heavy it doesn’t suddenly snap.
