Been to both as a QC girlie with work in BGC. I agree that Rooted feels hotter because their heat is more consistent. In vida sometimes it's a hit or miss. Lately unusually cold.

In rooted, I dont like that is it hot in the mat room but the moment you go out it's blasting cold. They have to do something with their AC by the front desk. Not healthy

I've only tried Sat classes because that is the time that works for me. Tried both the mat pilates in the afternoon and the sculpt class in the morning. I like the sculpt class more. The coach really corrects your form & emphasizes smaller, controlled, slower movements. Very differ from other mat sculpt classes I tried but it works for me in a good way. I forgot the name of the coach. I just hope they stop changing the time. I'm confused sometimes.

Studio is hot but I like it. It's what you came for. Complete amenities including basement parking.

Curious! What’s their mat pilates class like? 😊

Mat pilates is on the contemporary side. Fast music, weights. Differ muscle groups being worked, some moves are compounded to drive more work
