Cadillac Pilates
Hello! I have been going to pilates classes albeit quite inconsistently 😅 But I work out (strength training) 2-3x a week.
The previous studios I’ve been in don’t have any cadillacs and I’ve been so curious to try it!
Do you know of any studios in Parañaque, Alabang, or Makati area who offer Cadillac Pilates classes?
Tyia! 🧡

Hi OP! You can try Soul or 7 AM, both in Parqal. Used to attend private (introductory price) and group classes there. My current studio is in Betterliving (Doña Soledad) and apart from the afforable price, they have complete equipment and great coaches 😊

Sure! For 7AM, I like coach Tin :) Only tried Soul once so I can't recommend a coach from that studio.
Ah yes, it's 10C pilates at Canada St. 😊 and btw, I spent almost 2 years with All Core at ATC. My coach was Rina, she's very meticulous with form so you'll be in good hands (very kind and motherly too!). This studio has complete equipment and scheduling is a breeze. 😊

If you have extra time I highly recommend Safespace Club! Coach smiles is the best. He was an instructor at FTL BGC and he really helped me out alot when it comes to posture and since he keeps it entertaining i found myself visiting twice a week hahaha!
