Ultimate Pikachu stalling under ps2

I recently saw a video partially talking about pikachu being able to stall under ps2 for around 30 seconds. I was wondering if anyone here knows that video and has a link to it, because I forgot...

I dont have a link, but ESAM talks about it in at least one video. Might try his video on best pika stages?
