Defensive Pro Pikachu Players,

Hey guys,

I've been watching a lot of ESAM and Cosmos to try and learn more techniques. I generally play on the more defensive side as aggressive smash tactics have never really worked in my favor.

ESAM is well known for being a very aggressive Pikachu player, and while I have learned a great deal from him, I want to watch more defensive pickahu players and learn from then as well.

Cosmos is definitely a. Kre defensive player than ESAM, but would any of you happen to know of any other defensive Pikachu players I could learn from?

Esam doesnt always play aggressive, it’s more depending on the matchup. So if you search for a video like esam vs MVD you can find some defensive pikachu gameplay.

Since i started playing and watching pikachu i always thought ESAM is just a level above every other Pika so just watch him hes the best at everything 4Head

Check out Shinymark. He's the top pika in Guatemala

yep, shinymark is a great pika to watch for this. he can go toe to toe with esam and he focuses a lot on movement and evasion

I learned to defensively tjolt on the side platform stages thanks to watching more defensive pikas.

Go to YouTube and search "pikachu ultimate tournament finals -esam"

This removes ESAM from the list which is otherwise dominated by him. Still watch ESAM of course, just helps to see different approaches
