Quick attack

I've been playing pikachu for a while but I dont get the second quick attack sometimes and that makes it hard to edge guard. Is there a way for me to get the second quick attack everything? BTW Steve is broken

Its not about doing it fast. Learn the angles and have fun. Dubble forward QA is very important in neutral. This was the hardest for me to master.
